Dan Lococo is a speaker, facilitator, and consultant who helps organizations design and implement infrastructure to support the authentic inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWD) in professional and skilled work settings. With a background in business systems analysis and doctoral-level research, Dan brings both strategic insight and lived experience to the work of organizational change. Through Mainstreaming on Main Street® (MoMS), Dan offers workshops, keynote addresses, and consulting services that focus on building inclusive cultures through intentional systems and thoughtful leadership.

Dan shows up fully — as a whole person — in every interaction. Their approach is rooted in curiosity, relationship-building, and deep respect for the wisdom others bring to the room. Dan is especially known for their ability to foster sacred spaces where people can reflect, grow, and act with integrity.

Whether working with executive teams, convening ERGs, or speaking from a stage, Dan challenges organizations to move beyond performative gestures and toward lasting, structural inclusion that reflects the full dignity of all people.
