Dan Lococo is an organizational change agent focused on the inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWD) in professional settings. He was given the title Barrier Knocker Downer” by an organizational development professional and the label has stuck. He has made a career out of bringing people together to get things done. His work is grounded in the principles of Servant Leadership. The topic of his Doctoral dissertation was “exploring organizational environments supporting persons with disabilities in professional/skilled settings.
His work is informed by his experience as a Project Manager, Finance Manager, Materials Manager, and Independent Consultant in nonprofit, for profit, educational, and governmental settings. He taught in community and college level environments.
