Leadership is the ability to envision and generate a positive future beyond existing circumstances, resources, and organizational boundaries. A leader is a Shepherd who provides an environment for people to extend beyond their own experiences and perceived limitations.
Philosophy of service:
Service is the selfless act of engaging with others to advance their progress toward the realization of their own wholeness.
Equity is:
